Depending on the kind of project, either the technical aspects (typical for recognition applications) or the organisational ones (e.g. workflow projects) are emphasized. In function of these aspects RecoMatics emphasizes different topics of the used methodology.

For technical projects, the analysis and technical design is primordial. These phases are followed by the development itself, completed with tests and integration tests on-site. All developments are executed on basis of the existing EasyForm platform. Consequently the client only pays for those items that are really unique for his company.

For organisational projects a lot of attention is spent to the description of the document flows and the followed procedures. With a detailed list of the anomalies, the final system also takes into account the exceptions, so after the implementation no "parallel systems" are created.
