Satisfaction research for customers of RecoMatics

The intention of RecoMatics has always been to give our customers an optimal service, so that all our customers are and stay satisfied. In the normal course of events all priority goes to solving the daily problems. We had the feeling we were doing well.

But was this feeling correct? Didn't we make any mistakes? Were all our customers satisfied, or were there any customers who were sorry they had given us the order? Nobody could guarantee this… But we wanted to be sure.

That is the reason why RecoMatics carried out a satisfaction research in the course of October 2002.

Most of the respondents indicated that one of the reasons they wanted to work with us was the fact that RecoMatics is a flexible company with a good relation between quality and price. The contacts are agreeable and the service is good. Other assets are the after sales services and the professional advice.

The question if RecoMatics meets the wishes and expectations, resulted in the attached diagram (5 completely, 4 to a high degree, 3 satisfactorily, 2 to a small degree, 1 not at all).

The positive characteristics of RecoMatics that should be preserved were: professional approach during the preliminary study, the flexibility, the listening skills and the orientation towards the customer.

To our surprise, one of the conclusions of our survey was that many clients only were aware of part of our services. That is why, since 2003, Recomatics orginases sessions on a regular base to present its products and services.
