RecoMatics has its own team for hardware maintenance. These people are permanently available for the maintenance of the machines. These machines can be both scanners and jukeboxes, as well as reader/sorters for the banking world.

RecoMatics attaches great importance to the preventive maintenance and consequently this is always part of the maintenance agreement.

Apart from the preventive maintenance RecoMatics is also able to intervene at short notice in the case of a breakdown. The intervention time is normally 4 hours. In order to be able to intervene efficiently, RecoMatics has an extended stock of spare parts. RecoMatics has also a complete spare machine (or equivalent) for each machine under contract in order to be able to help the client in case of a difficult and persistent defect. This is a service you even do not find in the largest companies!
