EasyForm-Scan is responsible for the interfacing between the scan-operator and the scanner. The operator can easily enter which documents have to be scanned. If, during the scanning process a problem arises (e.g. misfeed), he gets assistance. He can return in the batch, he can reject bad images by pushing a button, etc. It is important that it is never necessary to reject a complete batch, he can restart from the last good document.

EasyForm-Scan attributes batch numbers and integrates effortlessly with other modules of EasyForm. The scanned images are sent to the server.

EasyForm-Scan has already been integrated with scanners of Bell&Howell, Unisys, Fujitsu, Walther, Hybrid (Banctec) and Banctec. Also with Seac, TDC, Kodak, etc.
