EasyForm-Manage is the heart of each EasyForm implementation. Configuration and system management, creation of user profiles, process management, managing of the batches to be processed, etc. EasyForm-Manage is responsible for the fact that the complete process management is done with a minimal number of manual interventions.

The workload is equally spread over the different work posts. The embedded workflow takes care of a steady finishing of the work. Documents (or groups of documents) are automatically passed on to the exact processes, without needing an intervention of the operator. This type of workflow is typical for applications for the processing of value documents such as cheques or transfer forms.
