IPS is the abbreviation of Invoice Processing System. With EasyForm IPS incoming invoices can be scanned. After scanning, the invoices follow the course of approval. During this course the financial data necessary for the booking in the system are collected.

It is of course possible to combine this module with recognition techniques. For this purpose it is possible to define the invoices manually, if the numbers are not too large. However, RecoMatics has also a system which recognizes the new invoices automatically, and which registers the information independently.
