EasyForm-Expert verifies the results obtained by the recognition. Rules are formulated, and the results have to comply with these rules in order to be accepted. A simple example is the calculation of the check digit (modus 97) on an account number. A similar test can be done on the structured messages of bank transfer forms. EasyForm-Expert can always be adapted to the demands of the project.

An important fact is that EasyForm-Expert is completely integrated with EasyForm-Reco. This implies that if a verification fails, the image can be sent back to the recognition motor(s), thus guaranteeing an optimal recognition result.

The combination of EasyForm-Expert with "Advanced Tandem Voting" is unique for the software of RecoMatics. This results in very good and optimal solutions and consequently in a reduced operator cost, caused by the fact that the processing time of rejects is reduced.
