| EasyForm File management/Documentation management is a platform offering support for the processing of files in strongly structured environments such as large companies, banks, insurances and government.
Normally a file has to follow a long way, beginning with the opening of the file until the archiving of a finished file. During the course the file is completed with both incoming and outgoing documents, decisions are being made by control organisms, data out of data banks are consulted and databanks are being completed with new data. Examples of such files are: applications for subsidies, applications for allowances, etc.
With EasyForm DocFile it is possible to support all tasks within the management of files. It is not the intention of this platform to automatize the management of files, we only want to have a supporting task in the field of post and file registration, documentation management, etc.
The platform consists of several programs and databanks. They can of course be integrated with other modules of EasyForm as well as with external systems (Oracle finance, Baan, SAP, ..). |
